Holy Week and Easter Worship Times
Join us for Holy Week and Easter worship at Jerome Church. Click on the times below for more information about each unique worship experience.
Easter Sunday Worship at 7, 9 & 10:30 am
Join us for Sunday morning worship as we celebrate and remember the triumphal entry of Jesus as he entered Jerusalem and begin Holy Week. Palm branches will be given to the congregation and children are invited to participate in the “palm parade” during the 9 am and 10:30 am services.
Join us for a contemporary Maundy Thursday worship service, held in the gym at Jerome Church. This service will include Communion and foot or hand washing, as we remember and experience the service to and love for others that Jesus modeled to his disciples during the “last supper.”
Experience a solemn Good Friday service, held in the Sanctuary at 7 pm. This service is a traditional service, as we remember and reflect on the work of Jesus on the cross.
Join us for the first celebration of Resurrection Sunday, as we gather to sing and hear a message as the sun rises on Easter. This service will take place in the Sanctuary.
Traditional in-person worship held in the Sanctuary at Jerome Church. This service will feature music from our choir and traditional musicians.
Kids are welcome and encouraged to join in worship with their families, and the nursery and preschool rooms will be available for kids ages 0-4 (check-in in the lobby).
Wondering what to wear?
We want you to feel comfortable, and truly welcome you “as you are!” But because we know someone in your family will ask the question (and we’re here to help!), dress for this service on Easter is typically “business casual/dressy.” Be simple, or be fancy, but mostly, be YOU and know that we welcome you to worship this Easter!
Family-friendly in-person worship held in the gym at Jerome Church. This service will feature music from our worship band and contemporary musicians, playing familiar songs you might hear on Christian radio.
Kids are welcome and encouraged to join in worship with their families, with children’s programming also available for kids ages 0-5th grade (check-in in the lobby).
Wondering what to wear?
We want you to feel comfortable, and truly welcome you “as you are!” But because we know someone in your family will ask the question (and we’re here to help!), dress for this service is typically “Easter casual.” You’ll see everything from jeans and polo shirts to favorite Easter dresses, and everything in between. Be simple, or be fancy, but mostly, be YOU and know that we welcome you to worship this Easter!
